L'HOMME DE MER
His name is Odysseus, a Greek-French captain and explorer. The rumors say that a gypsy woman didn’t manage to find his destiny line on his palm, so he decided to dawn his own destiny and stay away from the stagnation of comfort. At 23, he traveled to France to build his own kingdom on the banks of the Loire River, the Royal River of France, next to the big Chateaux of Saumur. Finally, he thought he was the owner of his destiny, and the curse that his name carries from millennia was just a magic spell. He was always an eternal traveler, chasing adventure and new places, searching for real freedom, but something was always missing. One day he visited the Land of the Dead Sailor at Pont du Raz, seeking truth and meaning. Old sailors whispered to him to join the ocean for truth and inner peace. The crashing waves spoke directly to his soul, reminding him that he always belonged to the 7 Seas. For 10 years he faced the tyranny of the curses, and then…when the first wave challenged him, he suddenly found his worldline; his destiny was always written on his name, back at the lineage of Homer, waiting to write it again. From that day he flows with the 4 seasons, between the lands that gave him life and freedom back again, to honor and to navigate souls to their Ithaca. From then on, he is one ”Homme de Mer,” a free man.
